CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

9 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
2 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
